Delete your account & data

You can ask us to permanently delete your Hyrlo account and the personal data associated with it. Submit the form below, or email support@hyrlo.ai from your registered email address.

What gets deleted

Your account and profile, including your name, contact details, profile photo, work experience, certifications, location, job applications, saved jobs and favourites, and any messages you sent through the app. Once deleted, you will no longer be able to sign in.

What we may retain

We may keep a limited set of records where the law requires it — for example, transaction and payment records for employer subscriptions are retained for the period required by tax and accounting regulations, after which they are deleted. We may also keep anonymised or aggregated data that can no longer identify you.

How long it takes

We verify each request against the email or phone number on the account and complete deletions within 30 days of the request.
